Delivered to the USAAF as C-54D 42-72509 then transferred to the US Navy as R5D-3Z 56494 in 1945. Redesignated as a C-54Q in 1962. Stored at Davis-Monthan AFB with park code 3C067 in 1970. Sold as N67147 in 1970. Reregistered as N21VC in 1978. To Conifair as C-GDCH in 1984. Withdrawn from use at St.Jean by 1990. Later scrapped.
