First helicopter used for Malta - Gozo services. Malta Air Charter lease; operated on a one-month trial period from 27 June 1990 to 27 July 1990, making its last trip to Gozo and departing on the same day (27 July 1990). Crashed into sea 7 miles south of Gorgona Island, Italy after distress call on 26 October 1992. Departed from Tarquinia, en route to Borgo Sesia. Two occupants both killed.
