A rare machine indeed. In 1927 the Swiss company Flugzeugbau A. Comte designed and built a prototype of this two-seat cabin monoplane. The AC-4 version had a 115hp Cirrus Hermes inline engine, while five later AC-4Bs were built with 140hp Armstrong Siddeley Genet Major or 110hp Cirrus Hermes radial engines.
