On February 7, 2021 this aircraft struck a patch of snow on landing at Grimes Field, Urbana, Ohio, USA (I74 and veered off the runway. It suffered substantial damage to the wing, propeller and landing gear. The aircraft was subsequently repaired and registered anew under Reg. No. N21LF with new livery.
