Built in 1979 as N5651M and exported to The Netherlands in April 1979 when it was acquired by the National Aerospace Laboratory. After it was withdrawn from use, it served as an instructional frame at VTOC "Fokker" BV. In May 2017 the company went bankrupt and the aircraft was auctioned late August 2017. A collector from Baarlo won the auction and the aircraft was trucked to his location. After some time he sold the aircraft to Irrland amusement park, where it was put on display early September 2018, in the parking lot just North of the park.
