Delivered to the USAAF as C-54D 43-17208 then transferred to the US Navy as R5D-3 56533 in 1945. Redesignated as a C-54Q in 1962. Preserved at the National Museum of Naval Aviation, Pensacola, FL from 1978. Last noted in 1988. Scrapped.
