Delivered new to Japan Air system in September 1995 as JA8566. Transferred to Japan Airlines Domestic in April 2004. Merged into Japan Airlines in October 2006. Returned to lessor in March 2011 as N4730 and stored at Tarbes until June 2011. Converted to freigther and delivered to EAT Leipzig in September 2012.
