Delivered to Czechoslovakia on 25 June 1986 and assigned to 1.letka/30.bilp. The Su-25 was handed over to the Slovak Air Force on 1 January 1993. Its new unit was 1.bitevny letka of the 2.ZmLP at Trencin. The aircraft was damaged beyond economical repair on 28 May 1993 after a landing incident at sliac air base.
