This Frogfoot was manufactured in early 1986 in Tbilisi, was flown first on 25 May 1986 and delivered to Czechoslovakia on 25 June 1986. Assigned to 30.bilp in July of that year, the aircraft was transferred to the Czech Air Force on 1 January 1993. Its last flight for the Czech Air Force took place on 27 January 2000 when it was flown to Prerov air base for storage.
