Delivered to the USAAF as C-54D 43-17253 then transferred to the US Navy as R5D-3 56549 in 1945. Redesignated as a C-54S in 1962. Stored at Davis-Monthan AFB with park code 3C119 in 1973. To Aircraft Specialities as N99AS in 1975, Globe Air in 1981 and Air Response in 1986. Stored at Mesa-Falcon Field from 1987. To Brooks Fuel in 2010 and broken up for parts.
