Delivered to the USAAF as C-54B 44-9005 then transferred to the US Navy as R5D-2Z 90391 in 1944. Redesignated as a VC-54N in 1962 and later to a VC-54P. Stored at Davis-Monthan AFB with park code 3C063 in 1970. To Biegert Aviation as N44912 in 1975. Not noted after 1984. Fate unknown .
