C/n 1538 ex LN-OQG, SE-HBE, OO-SHW. Damaged beyond repair on 21 April 1984 near Thruxton following an emergency landing due to engine failure. It was repaired for static display and is now preserved at The Helicopter Museum, Weston-super-Mare painted as OO-SHW.
