Ex LN-OQG, SE-HBE, OO-SHW. Damaged beyond repair on 21 April 1984 following an emergency landing near Thruxton due to engine failure. It was repaired for static display and is now preserved at The Helicopter Museum, Weston-super-Mare painted as OO-SHW.
