Built in 2002, delivered new to Air Grischa which operated it till 2006, when bought by Eagle Helicopter (still wearing the Air Grischa livery in this picture). Eagle Helicopter was founded in 2002 and started to operate a K-Max, but soon thereafter added two AS350's in order to be more reactive and flexible to customer needs. Unfortunately, Eagle Helicopter went "belly up" in July of 2014, the assets being transferred to a new ownership which continues to fly as "Eagle Valais Helicopter".
