Built for the USAAF as C-54E 44-9058 and transferred to the US Navy as R5D-4R 90398 in 1945. Redesignated as a C-54R in 1962. Stored at Davis-Monthan AFB with park code 3C054 in 1970. Sold as N96358 in 1975. To Aero Flite in 1979 and converted to a fire bomber then to Brooks Fuel in 2007 and had fire bomber modifications removed. To Alaska Air Fuel in 2013.
