Built in 1943, it was delivered to the RAF as LD975. In Jun-1945 it was delivered to the Yugoslav Air Force where it continued to fly as LD975, until 1947 when it became 9539. The Hurricanes were withdrawn from use in Aug-1952, and this one went to the Muzej JNA in Belgrade. In 1961 it was handed over to the Muzej Vazduhoplovstva Beograd.
