Ex-PH-ALZ. Canx on sale as N563GA September 1997. Control lost and crashed shortly after take-off from Johannesburg IntAP on 3 November 2001. Was on a cargo flight to Windhoek-Eros Airport, Namibia; the two pilots and one passenger were killed. Probably cause: loss of control due to overload condition which affected aircraft's cofg.
