Many a time as a young lad I stood on the LHR Queens Building terrace and didn't bother to photograph BEA Tridents or Lufthansa 727s as they were 'common', instead preferring to shoot Zambia 707s or National DC-10s with my precious film. When the Tridents and 727s were gone and I realised that I didn't have enough shots of them. I don't want to make that mistake again and whilst I have many shots already of KLM MD-11s I do not have enough and soon they'll be gone too. This photo is copyright © Alastair T.
