The crest just visible below the engine nacelle and the registration in the N7xx range confirms the operator identity, but there is a problem with identifying the airframe. All online references plus the FAA register show it as an Observer 2 built in1990. However the paint scheme and tail markings match the earlier Observer factory livery.
