Delivered to the USAF as 54-4003. To the French Army in Algeria as 8.000.131 in 1956. Later reserialled as FR09. Retired in 1969. Returned to the USA and preserved at the Florence Air and Missile Museum. Moved to the American Helicopter Museum and Education Center, West Chester, PA by 1999.
