Built in 1957 as HSS-1 Seabat Bu143920. Struck off charge in March 1972 as a UH-34J and sold to civil market as N33EA. Converted to S-58T in 1973, to CF-KGO, OB-T-1041 and N439DS before becoming C-GUSD in 1983. Returned to N439DS in 1987 and cancelled from US register in November 2000.
