Delivered to the USAAF as 45-614 in 1945. Renamed to USAF in 1947. To the US Coast Guard as 5614 in 1958 then to the United States Atomic Energy Commission as N708Z in 1962. Sold in 1978 and used by a number of operators. Stored at Fort Lauderdale from 1990. Flown to Opa Locka in 2002. Sold to Brooks Fuel by 2004. Diverted to Douglas, GA while on a ferry flight in 2005.
