This Hind wears the 'Scorpion' markings off one of the attach helicopter squadrons within the 49.Pułk Śmigłowców Bojowych (49 Combat Helicopter Regiment). In the mid '90s it used to be the 3 ESSz, but by the mid '00s it was 1 ESSz. No idea what the situation was in 2001?
