Delivered to SAET in March 1995 as HC-BUJ. To America West in November 1999 as N169AW, transferred to US Airways in September 2005. To Amsterdam Airliners in June 2009, withdrawn from use and stored at Amsterdam between October - November 2011. Later stored at Dublin until April 2012, after which it was operated by Astra Airlines as SX-DIO. Withdrawn from use in October 2016, stored at Goodyear a month later. Broken up there in 2017.
