Delivered in 1960. Stored at Davis-Monthan AFB with park code FN012 in 1983. Left in 1992. Converted to QF-106A drone AD184. Ran off on the runway doing an unmanned takeoff at Tyndall AFB, FL in 1995 then dumped into the Gulf of Mexico off Panama City, FL to form a fishing reef.
