Delivered new in 1967 to Continental Air Lines and here, despite being in NWA livery, it was on lease to Viking International Airlines for use by the Minnesota North Stars hockey franchise. In 1993 it was leased to Baltic International as YL-BAA. It was acquired by USA Jet Airlines in 1994 and withdrawn from use in 2010.
