Built for the US Navy as CH-34C 150763 in 1962. Delivered to the West German Army as QB+484, then PZ+007, PZ+349, and 8076 in 1967. Returned to Sikorsky as N82835 around 1970. Registered as D-HBWR and converted to an S-58ET around 1975. To Aris Helicopters as N15AH in 1986. Destroyed in crash at Miraleste Intermediate School, Rancho Palos Verdes CA, in 2003.
