This aircraft was built by George T Welsh and made its first flight 12-Nov-1965. It had a 65hp Continental A65-8 engine and also flew with taildragger landing gear. It was cancelled 18-Sep-2012 as expired. According to Mr. Welsh two more of them were built by Jan-1972.
