Delivered to Aeromexico as XA-DUH in 1974. Reregistered as N8228P in 1989. To Laker Airways as N833LA in 1996 then to Emery Worldwide in 2000 and converted to a freighter. To Cielos del Peru in 2002. then to TAB-Transportes Aéreos Bolivianos in 2008. Reregistered as CP-2555 in 2009. Withdrawn from use at La Paz in 2015.
