Delivered to JAL as JA8108 in 1971. Sold as N559SW in 1999. To Air Gulf Falcon as 3D-GFB in 2000, Spirit of Africa Airlines as ST-AQN and Sky Aviation as 3D-PAH in 2001. Back to Spirit of Africa Airlines as ST-AQN in 2004. Withdrawn from use at Jakarta-CGK in 2006 and scrapped in 2013.
