The Transport Canada data for this home-built aircraft is confusing. They call it a Minicab which is the fixed gear model GY-20, but also GY-30 which is the retractable version. This appears to be a retractable type. (Falconar marketed kits in Canada as the Minicab Hawk.) Also TC give a construction date of 1966 yet it was not registered until July 1982. In 2023 it is based at Portage La Prairie, still registered to the builder C.G.Gowler (hence the c/n).
