Crashed on 26 January 2015, directly after take-off from Albacete, Spain, during a Tactical Leadership Programme exercise. The F-16D came down on the flight line, killing both crew members, and nine military on the ground. Twenty-one others, were injured. A total of five aircraft on the ground were destroyed, including two French Alpha Jets, and one French Mirage 2000. Two Rafales were badly damaged.
