The third Sikorsky SH-3D Sea King used as a pattern by Westlands to license build the Sea King. It crashed near West Harptree in Somerset on 15 January 1969, and was eventually sold as scrap in 1988 and moved to Trowbridge. The hulk was bought back by the RAF and moved to RAF St Mawgan on 29 March 1995 where it was used for training until 2015, then dumped. It was moved to Pembrey Forest ranges, Wales in April 2016.
