Delivered to United Airlines as N9066U in 1969. Leased to Aer Lingus as EI-ASK for the summer of 1974 and returned as N9066U. Leased to Aer Lingus as EI-ASK again from 1975 to 1976 and returned as N9066U. To Air Philippines as RP-C2023 in 1997. Withdrawn from use at Manila around 2006 and scrapped in 2012.
