Registered as PH-FCX before delivery to Turk Hava Yollari as TC-TEK in 1961. To Fokker in 1975 and converted to a series 100MAR Maritime Patrol version. Used as a demonstrator. To KLM as a ground trainer at Schiphol in 1985. Preserved at the Aviodome, Schiphol from 1988. To PS Aero at Baarlo by 2003 then to a private owner in Hoogerheide in 2017 and used as a Bed and Breakfast Hotel.
