Took off from Binbrook in the night of 20 January 1942 for a raid against Emden. Shot up by a German night fighter, the bomber crash-landed on the north beach of Terschelling Island near Pole 20. Two of the crew were killed, four taken prisoner. Individual aircraft letter Y is unconfirmed.
