Used for Malta - Gozo service. Shot down by missile north of Baghdad on 22 April 2005 with the loss of all 11 persons on board. The helicopter had three Bulgarian crew, six Americans from Blackwater defence contractor and two guards from an unspecified country, either Fiji or Philippines. One person survived the crash and was killed on the ground. The Islamic Army in Iraq claimed responsibility.
