VH-KZQ gets ready to depart on the first flight of the day (7am) to Newcastle-Belmont. It had arrived 15 minutes earlier. The 30-minute flight tracked along the coast and was worth it just for the scenery. The Twin Otters often operated from the stub of Sydney's cross runway when weather permitted rather than mix with the jet traffic.
