According the caption this aircraft as damaged by flak but returned to its base. It shows signs of a belly landing. The caption says it was repaired. ER120 crashed on a ridge in Tunisia due to flak damage in April 1943 and struck off charge later that year. The photo is captioned North Africa. Some sources say Tunisia but at the time of the photo the unit was based in Algeria.
