Delivered new to All Nippon Airlines (ANA) on 26 February 1964 as JA8623. To TAT in March 1973 as F-BUFE. To Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) January 1979 as AP-BAL. On 10 July 2006 the a/c was destroyed due to loss of control after an engine failure on takeoff at Multan Airport, Pakistan. All 45 persons aboard perished. This photo was added on 2 April 2023, and has since been viewed 247 times.
