First number used 12803 was written off, though many parts were recoverable which were combined with the surviving parts of 12816 to become an instructional airframe serialled as A685, later 685B. Subsequently, this airframe was rebuilt with surviving parts of 104872 to complete a mounted display CF104 at Cold Lake.
