Built in 1969 and initially flown by the Kirovograd Advanced Flying Training College. To Aeroflot Yakutiya in April 1972 and later to RA-47193. Transferred to Sakha Avia in October 1994 and withdrawn from use at Yakutsk (UEEE/YKS) by July 2003.
