Operating for British Airways. Delivered to BOAC as G-APFL in 1960. To BEA Airtours in 1972, renamed British Airtours in 1974. To Cargo Charter Company as 9Q-CRW in 1980, Coastal Airways as 5X-CAU in 1981, The Aeroplane Store as N9194M and then to Aero Equipment Company in 1981. Reregistered as 5X-CAU in 1982. To the Uganda Government in 1983 and withdrawn from use at Entebbe. Moved to a playground off airport and still there in 2018 in derelict condition..
