Delivered to Atlantis as D-ADIX in 1970. Returned to the lessor as N65518 then to World Airways as N804WA in 1972. To Capitol Air then to Transamerican Airlines in 1983, Emery Worldwide as N957R in 1985 and Skymaster as PR-SKM in 2002. Withdrawn from use at Viracopos by 2011.
