Delivered to Malaysia Airlines System as 9M-MAS in 1976. Sold as N301FV in 1998 then reregistered as N800WR and converted to a freighter for DAS Air Cargo in 1999. Damaged beyond repair when it overran the runway at Entebbe, Uganda and came to rest partly submerged in Lake Victoria in 2000.
