Photographer: Clive Head. K64 slide scan. Built 1958 as ZS-CDW for SAA. BMA G-AZLT 1972, leased to Cyprus Airways for 5 months early 1975, reregistered G-BMAT 1981. Hot Air G-OHOT 1989, BAF 1991. Crashed nr. Uttoxeter 25 February 1994 after multiple engine failure in severe icing while operating a cargo flight from Edinburgh to Coventry.
