Crashed near Peachester, Queensland, on June 23, 2021. It had entered a spin from which it did not recover during aerobatic instruction. Both the instructor and student were killed. Investigators concluded that the instructor, who was unfamiliar with the Aerobat, was demonstrating two different methods of spin recovery unaware that one was not likely to effect a recovery with that aircraft type.
