Delivered to Pan American as N812PA in 1960. To Pomair as OO-TCP in 1971 then to Capitol International as N900CL in 1975. Leased to Trabajos y Enlaces as EC-CUS in 1976. Returned to to Capitol International as N900CL in 1977. To United Air Carriers in 1978. Renamed to Overseas National Airways in 1978. To United Air Leasing in 1980 then to Rosenbalm Aviation and withdrawn from use at Medford, OR 1982. Later scrapped.
