Built in 1945 for USAAF as C-69 43-10313. Registered as N90827 in March 1948 before transfer to Lineas Aereas de Panama a RX-123. Returned to N90827 in September 1948, sold to El Al as 4X-AKA in 1951 and modified as an L-149. Registered to Universal Sky Tours as G-ARXE in February 1962 for operation by Euravia.
