Delivered to Trans International Airlines as N4868T in 1970. Renamed to Transamerica Airlines in 1979. Converted to a DC-8-73CF in 1983. To Minerve as F-GESM in 1987 then to Southern Air Transport as N873SJ in 1992., DHL in 1998, Emery Worldwide in 1999, DHL in 2002 and Skybus in 2013. Reregistered as OB-2158-P in 2018, back to N873SJ in 2019 and OB-2158-P in 2021. Still in service in 2023.
